Ordering
How do I place an order?
Go to our Order Now page, choose your items, pick pickup or delivery, add your details and tap Submit Order. WhatsApp opens with your order written out. Tap send and we’ll take it from there.
Do I still need to press send in WhatsApp?
Yes. The form fills in your order for you, but it only reaches us once you tap send in WhatsApp.
Can I order by phone or WhatsApp directly?
Of course. Message us on WhatsApp or call +237 681 133 810 and tell us what you’d like.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Delivery & pickup
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver within Buea and outside Buea.
How much is delivery?
500 FCFA within Buea and 1,000 FCFA outside Buea. The fee is added to your total on the order page.
How do I know if I’m within Buea?
When you type your address or tap Use my current location on the order page, it selects the right delivery area for you. You can change it if needed, and we’ll confirm when we reply.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes. Choose Pickup on the order page and there’s no delivery fee.
How will the rider find me?
Add a landmark in your address, or tap Use my current location on the order page. Your order then includes a Google Maps link to where you are.
Wholesale & events
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. We supply popcorn and crispy chicken in bulk for shops, schools, cinemas and events.
How do I get a wholesale price?
Send us the items and quantities you need on WhatsApp and we’ll give you a price.
Can you cater for a party or event?
Yes. Message us the date and how many people, and we’ll prepare your order.
